VINIFICA’T has returned for the second consecutive year at the Tecnocampus Congress Centre, reaffirming itself as a benchmark event for hotel and catering professionals. This second edition, organised by Anma Hosteleria, brought together more than 50 wineries and nearly 300 references of wines and sparkling wines, offering a day of high-level tasting and networking.
The 800 attendees were able to taste a wide selection of wines, from great classics to limited editions, all presented by the winemakers themselves. VINIFICA’T 2025 has served to discover new trends in the market, with a strong presence of ecological, biodynamic and minimal intervention wines, where there has been, as a novelty, the presence of Catalan and French wines without alcohol.
The participating wineries include: Castell d’or, Covides vinyes – cellers, Grupo estévez, Terra del priorat, Juvé&camps, Varma grupo, Sommos, Joan simó, Carviresa, arinzano, Ramon bilbao, Torrelló viticultors, Marqués de vargas, Gramona.
In addition to the tastings, VINIFICA’T 2025 has become a key meeting place for distributors, sommeliers, restaurateurs and other professionals from the sector. The event enabled new business contacts to be established, the latest news from the wine sector to be discovered and exclusive references to be accessed.
This second edition was notable for the increase in participation and for the interest in local wines and artisanal winemaking. In addition, emphasis was placed on enological innovation, with wineries presenting innovative winemaking techniques and new concepts that are capturing the attention of the market.
Its evolution and the growing interest on the part of professionals and wineries predict a promising future for future editions.
