From February 25 to 27, the TecnoCampus Congresses team participated in the 19th Meeting of the Offices of University Congresses of Spain (OCUE), held at the University of Lleida. This annual gathering has become an essential forum for sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices in the management of university conferences.
This year’s edition brought together representatives from 19 universities and 38 industry professionals, creating a collaborative working space focused on the exchange of ideas and the continuous improvement of the services provided by university congress offices.
During the program, key topics for the present and future of organizing academic and scientific events were addressed, such as the application of artificial intelligence in event planning and management, stress management within organizing teams, the analysis of pricing models, and various management tools. All of this was approached from a practical and innovation-focused perspective.
From TecnoCampus Congresses, we would especially like to thank the Congress Unit of the University of Lleida for their excellent hospitality and organization.
This experience reinforces our commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in supporting the organization of academic and scientific conferences at the TecnoCampus Conference Center.
We continue to build on our learning to deliver events that are increasingly efficient, sustainable, and people-centered.
