On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, the TecnoCampus Congress Centre hosted a new edition of Talent Day, a day dedicated to connecting the academic and business worlds and exploring the latest trends in talent acquisition and management in a context shaped by digital transformation and generational diversity.
The day began with a welcome speech by Josep Lluís Checa and a motivational talk by Xesco Espar, who emphasized leadership with passion and team cohesion. This was followed by a presentation from Maria Gilabert (BeValue and HR Xperience) on attracting and retaining talent. She also moderated a round table with professionals from Leroy Merlin, Top Doctors, and Enterprise Mobility.
After the coffee break, Pedro Rojas, a professor at TecnoCampus, discussed the role of AI in talent selection. Starting at 12:45 p.m., a round table with TecnoCampus alumni provided insights into professional experiences in fields such as marketing, technology, and logistics.
The day concluded with an informal networking session between companies and students, in a relaxed atmosphere with pizza and the exchange of opportunities.
Talent Day 2025 brought together more than 20 leading companies, such as Vueling, Desigual, Banc Sabadell, Hartmann, Eurecat, Beiersdorf, and Enterprise Mobility, which set up stands in the foyer of the Congress Centre to present their projects and interact directly with attendees.
With this initiative, TecnoCampus reaffirms its commitment to the comprehensive training of its students and their integration into the job market, by facilitating meeting spaces between emerging talent and the needs of the business sector.
